Description: We have chosen this coffee as it's growned by a family close to us and they focus on supporting the local community as well as hiring mostly women and the main thing is this coffee is delicious, they named it Tominejo, the beans are grown at an altitude of just below 1700 mts which makes it of higher quality, denser beans with more complex, acidic and aromatic flavour profiles. Also these high-altitude conditions naturally reduce pests resulting in cleaner, more sustainable beans.
